The Madness Seems to Solidify Around my Desk.

It thickens to a tangible state, like low hanging fog.

It's amazing how difficult simple things can be made by the ineptitiude and laziness of others.

I'm going to distribute a shocking little therory here.

All employees should be commisioned. Everyone, I don't care what field or practice, all employees should be paid a comission over salary or hourly. Of course, this would be difficult to implement in some fields, but the end result would be more of a shock and awe campaign than infinite and eternal missle strikes.

People would actually do their job. People would get to work on time, and hussle their heart out all day long. Everyone would do their best to work as hard as they could because they know they directly control their income.

Situations where an employee is offered salary or hourly do nothing to inspire the worker. Where as someone who is working for an hourly wage, or are guarenteed their salary, will only work hard enough to appease their employeer. So, you find lax, lazy and half footed efforts put fourth. This obviously causes issues in efficiency, especially in positions where one is forced to blindly rely on the work ethic of others.

Imagine if everyone worked as hard as possible. The world would spin at the same speed, but the wheels would be greased.

But, thats a pipe dream, especially here in America.

We love the comfortable easy routine we fall into, we love barely being conscience during the work day, waking only to delegate / pass the buck / ignore the situation, et fuckin cetra...
